Naples Real Estate Market Update February 2022
February 2022 we are still experiencing an extremely hot Naples real estate market. It is slightly down from January but still a strong seller’s market.
The median list price is slightly down at $788,000. There were approximately 1,300 listings in February and the average days on the market were just 6 days.
The median sold price was $566,000. There were 836 homes sold in Naples in February 2022.
185 homes were sold for over $1 million dollars. 654 Homes were sold under $1 million dollars.
