Sea Isles Real Estate
Sea Isles is strictly a condominium community. The property has two high rise condo buildings, each with 42 units.
The individual residences range in size from 1,200 to 1,600 square feet and the buildings were originally built in 1980.
Although these are some of the older high-rise buildings in the area but still worth considering.
Many of the units have been extensively renovated since they were originally built. With these renovations came open floor plans, high end finishes and modern luxuries.
The buildings are located on five tropical, waterfront acres, with private beach access. Some units also have access to boat docks, from which you can reach the Gulf of Mexico in less than 10 minutes!
Sea Isles is not a gated community but does have numerous security measures in place to ensure the safety of residents and guests.
One of the most appealing aspects of these condominiums are the expansive water views. With numerous windows and expansive lanais, you are sure to enjoy more than your fair share of beautiful Florida sunsets.
The average price of a condominium in Sea Isles ranges from the mid $400Ks to upwards of $600K. The actual price is determined by size, renovations, floor location and of course views.
Because these condominiums have such a primo location and are considered a good investment, they sell quickly.
Rentals at Sea Isles typically get between $5,000 and $7,000 monthly during peak season. It is still possible to rent out the property during non-peak months, but the rent will be lower.
The minimum lease term is 30 days, but you are allowed to rent 12 times per year. Because Sea Isles is a full-time home to many retired residents, the renters must adhere to the rules and regulations of the property.
Sea Isles Amenities
Sea Isles is not a golf community but has all the typical southwest Florida sport amenities including pickleball, shuffleboard, tennis and swimming pools. Additionally, there is a sunning deck, and private clubhouse with full kitchen.
Total annual fees at Sea Isles are approximately $7,000. This fee covers the usual suspects like irrigation and landscaping, as well as the pool and tennis courts, but also includes cable and internet.
Not only is this a savings on your monthly utility bills but is also a major convenience! If you are a snowbird or using this as an investment rental property, the cable bill is one less thing to worry about!
