New Construction Communities

SW Florida is a burgeoning real estate market and there are numerous new construction communities being built in Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero. Many of these communities are 1,000+ home, master planned communities that are loaded with amenities, such as resort pools, clubhouses, fitness centers and even bars and restaurants.

Much of the new home construction is happening east of I75 where raw land is plentiful and though these areas are a little further from the beaches, they are still extremely convenient to all shopping, hospitals and the RSW airport.
