The Club at the Strand is a very desirable golf community located in North Naples. It features a 27-hole championship golf course as well as many other amenities. The property itself consists of 575 gated acres, including 140 acres of preserves. There are a variety of home types, styles, and prices.
This luxury golf community is just over 20 years old, having begun in 1997. There are nearly a dozen smaller neighborhoods within the larger Strand community. The Strand is located at the intersection of I-75 and Immokalee, which provides easy access to everything.

There are approximately 1,300 homes in The Strand Community. These are divided among smaller neighborhoods, each with its own unique style of home and price point. Some of the neighborhoods are highlighted below.
Home prices vary depending on size, and type, but in general, single family homes will cost between $400,000 and just over $1M. Condominiums are slightly cheaper, ranging from the low $300Ks to around $600K.
Ana’s Place – consisting of 32 single family detached villas, this neighborhood has a very open and airy feeling due to the surroundings. There are views of the preserve and the 6th fairway, as well as lake views.
Clubside – this is a unique community within a community, made up of 31 two-story buildings including a total of 125 units. Clubside is known for having plenty of social activities year-round.
Cypress Cove – the first neighborhood after entering the gates, Cypress Cove consists of 23 carriage homes all with two car garages, for a total of 92 residences.
Eden – this neighborhood is one of the newer in The Strand, built between 2000 and 2005. There are 55 villa style homes all sited around the lake.
Feather Sound – this community, one of the first built at The Strand, consists of 8 multi-family properties with 8 units each, for a total of 64 units. There’s a pool and clubhouse for those who live there as well.
Grande Reserve – one of three luxury condominium developments at The Strand, Grande Reserve has 21 distinct buildings with 4 coach homes in each. There is a clubhouse, pool, and heated spa for residents to enjoy.
Mango Cay – the most secluded of all the neighborhoods, Mango Cay has 31 individual villas, each with its own pool and spa. In addition to the community being gated, this specific neighborhood is gated as well.
Pinnacle – The Pinnacle welcomes residents with a spectacular waterfall and obelisk statue. There are 112 condominium units within the community, all with golf course views.
The Links – These 54 single family villas are located in the northwest corner of the larger community. All homes have direct golf course views and those on the southern side also have water views.
Trophy Club – Built between 2000 and 2002, this community has 88 homes, all situated around the centrally located clubhouse, pool, and spa.

In addition to the 27-hole golf course, there is a 55,000 sq ft clubhouse. In addition, there is a tennis and fitness center, 8 tennis courts, a basketball court, bocce courts, pickleball courts, and a playground.
There are also multiple dining options throughout the community. All of this is perfect for already active families or snowbirds looking to get active while enjoying the Florida weather.
Golf Membership
These amenities do not come cheap. Although golf memberships are optional at The Strand, all homeowners are required to purchase at minimum a social membership. This social membership is $2,747 per year, and the additional golf membership is $10,572. This isn’t all though. The initial buy in for golf membership is $35,000.
If you are an avid golfer and love all the The Strand has to offer then this may make financial sense for you. It does give you the luxury of having everything you need and want all in one place.

The Strand’s location in North Naples provides quick and easy access to some of the area’s finest beaches including Barefoot Beach and Lovers’ Key.
It is also close to Naples Pier and many of the other local attractions such as Naples Botanical Garden and Naples Zoo.
If you need to travel out of town or out of state, you have 2 options for airports. There is the smaller and more private Naples Municipal Airport as well as the larger Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) located in Fort Myers.
For those looking to take a road trip, The Strand golf course community is nearby I-75 and not far from I-40, both of which will take you to all points north, south, east, west.
