The Forest Country Club is situated on 650 acres which is bordered by pristine and untouched nature preserve. The community boasts 777 pre-constructed homes and is home to affordable golf-community options for families.
The Forest consists of single family, condos, attached villas, and carriage homes. Home prices range from $250,000-$700,000’s per single family home, and condos range from $150,000-$500,000.

The Forest has something for everyone, no matter your personal preference for entertainment and enjoyment.
To start, there are many interesting clubs to join, such as a Book Club, Men’s Fishing Club for those that love to fish, Supper Clubs, and more. Joining a club is a great way to meet the neighbors, break the ice, and enjoy yourself doing something you love.
Golf
There are two 18- hole championship golf courses with no tee-time restrictions for a total of 36 holes. In fact, one course was recently updated for beautification purposes.
Golf Initiation Fee of $30,000 and yearly dues of $11,196 per family, or $8,100 per individual apply. There are no food/beverage minimums. Additionally, residency is not required to become a member.
The Bear course was designed by Gordon Lewis in 1980, and the Bobcat course was designed by the same in 1987.
Social Membership initiation fees are $2,000, with annual dues of $2,423.
There are also other membership options, such as Sport Memberships with limited golfing privileges for a $10,000 initiation fee and $4,000 yearly dues.
Tennis
Tennis fans will be happy to know there are 6 Har Tru tennis courts, 3 of which are lit, as well as 4 pickleball courts and 2 lit bocce courts.
Clubhouse
There is a massive 40,000 square foot clubhouse, which recently underwent an expansion renovation in 2019. The improvements included upgrades to the look and feel of the space to be more modern and contemporary, as well as adding on larger dining areas both inside and out.
Fitness
There was also a new outdoor fire pit area and bar installed. There are group fitness sessions and an aerobics studio available within the fitness center, also located within the clubhouse.
Staying busy is easy at The Forest as there are always interesting events going on to partake in aside from your ‘regular’ amenities. For instance, there are group trips to the theatre, large dinner events, live music and dancing, football games, and more.
There are also many opportunities to volunteer time and do good deeds within the community, and many residents belong to local organizations to do just that. In fact, many residents meet within the community to work on various projects and plan for charity events with one another.
