Pelican Preserve Golf Club is a private-equity, 55+ golf community located in beautiful, sunny Fort Myers, Florida. This 1,100-acre community is located off of Colonial Blvd. and Treeline Ave, just minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport. This beautiful Fort Myers golf community was built by WCI Homes beginning in 2001 and had its Chip Powell golf course completed in 2002. The community is age-restricted for 55+ and has a total number of 2,500 home types. Pelican Preserve is home to a private 27-hole Championship golf course designed by Chip Powell in 2002. With three 9-hole courses for a total of 27 holes, there are 600 maximum memberships allowed at any given time. Non-resident memberships are also available to those requesting them.
Unlike most private equity golf courses in Fort Myers, Pelican Preserve Golf Club offers a refundable membership initiation of $27,000, which includes unlimited golf and other privileges such as dining and social membership privileges. Annual golf fees are $6,800.
There is a non-refundable initiation fees of $6,500, which includes all of the same member perks as stated above, without the option of a refund. Yearly dues are $6,800.
Social memberships are $2,000, and yearly dues are $1,900.
Clubhouse & Plaza Del Sol
The Clubhouse is the place to be for superb community interaction, with a 26,145 square foot facility boasting everything from a large dining and banquet hall, large fitness facility with a spa and café – there is something for everyone.
