HOA fees vary throughout the club based on size and location of your property, but there are standard golf membership fees. If you are a true golf aficionado and enjoy a championship course, the fees probably won’t seem excessive, but they are on the high side. Initial fee is $75,000 with annual dues of just over $10,000. If you want to be a social member of the golf club, there is a separate and less expensive option, the initial fee is only $3,000 and annual dues of $600.

Estero, often overshadowed by its more popular neighbor Naples, is actually quite centrally located. West Bay Club benefits from this, with quick and easy access to major shopping, including the Miromar Outlets and Coconut Point. It is also an easy trip to Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, taking between 20-25 minutes.
