The club is located in Estero, right between Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers beaches. It was founded in 1984 and designed by the mastermind architect Gordon Lewis, who has over 80 courses to his name. During the summer of 2018, it went through a re-grassing project, making it even more attractive in the Southwest Florida Golf Community. The club is suitable for both beginner and advanced players to pare their game.

In fact, Gordon Lewis calls it one of his best creations. It is not a bundled community and has limited equity memberships to maintain exclusivity. All residents are required to have a social or golf membership. The initiation fee starts from $7,500 and goes up to $30,000 along with annual dues in the $1,452-$9,425 range.

Several other amenities include social activities, such as art, a book club, cards, cooking, music, computers, crafts, and fishing, for starters. It also features and dining services with a banquet, a la carte, and a buffet. Currently, the club doesn’t have a pool.

Estero country is a gated community with shopping, dining, and medical facilities nearby. The closest and recognized shopping malls include Miromar Outlets, Gulfcoast Town Center, and Coconut Point. Estero is also home to several other golf clubs.
